Day Of Wedding Reception Coordination
We offer Day Of services - you've done the planning, now you need a coordinator to pull it all together on the Day Of. Throughout your reception, we are your advocate and problem-solver, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your wedding day without worrying about logistics or unexpected hiccups. Every event is unique, but below is a general package of what we provide.

Final Month Before the Wedding Day

Initial Consultation & Understanding Your Vision: We will have an initial 1 hour intake meeting to understand your vision, style, and priorities for your reception.

Timeline Creation: We will develop a detailed, minute-by-minute timeline for your wedding day, encompassing every vendor, activity, and transition.

Vendor Confirmation & Liaison: At the two-week mark, we will contact all booked vendors (caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, etc.) to confirm arrival times, services, and logistical details. In the weeks leading up to and during your reception, we act as the main point of contact for the vendors you selected.

Venue Walkthrough: We will conduct a final walkthrough of the venue to finalize layouts, discuss logistics, and troubleshoot any potential issues.

Final Checks: We will confirm all final details with the couple and vendors, often weeks or days before the wedding.
On the Wedding Day

On-Site Management: We'll arrive early to oversee all setup, ensuring decorations are placed correctly, tables are arranged as planned, and vendors are adhering to the timeline.

Vendor Coordination: Manage all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time, deliver their services as contracted, and are paid any outstanding balances (often distributing final payments on behalf of the couple).

Funeral and Celebration of Life Coordination

We provide a steady, guiding hand during your time of loss, managing every logistical detail with a profound commitment to compassion, respect, and dignity. Our role is to shoulder the administrative and organizational burdens—from vendor negotiations to day-of flow—allowing you the necessary space to grieve and honor your loved one without the distraction of "behind-the-scenes" stress. Post-Event Breakdown: ensure that the conclusion of the reception is as peaceful as the start, as I personally oversee the discreet collection and return of all cherished personal items, photographs, and floral arrangements to your family. By managing final vendor disbursements and ensuring the venue is handed back, I handle the closing logistics with the highest level of care, allowing you to depart with total peace of mind and focus entirely on your loved ones.
